NO STARS!: I went to this location today, first time going. I drove my mercedes for a oil change. When I got there, no one came to my car to direct me to the which bay, or ask which service (although 3 people were there). I had to get out my vehicle and go up the ramp to the "personnel only office" and asked the manager can I be assisted. He stated what do I want (as though I was bothering him!) I asked the price of an oil change and he told me... A $130.00!!! Yes, ONE HUNDRED AND THIRTY DOLLARS. I said the highest price on the sign was 69.00 and he said, in his accent, "I'm privately owned, I can charge what I want!" I said this is a Mobile 1 franchise and he was price gouging and bait and switching... Any way, I left this place very upset and wouldn't go near this rip off place AGAIN. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!

I’ve been a customer to the carwash since the original owner has taken over. Their washes are quality and well priced in comparison to other carwashes I have been at. They have a pleasant waiting area with windows so one can be able to see them working on their car in the lube or at the vacuums. I have never had a problem with their services. In response to what “TomThumb” wrote in his review, it appears he was obviously upset with the service and went about it the incorrect way and was asked to leave the property. In an attempt to “get the last word” or spite the business, he has decided to write a scathing review online. His review exudes his false sense of knowledge and his spite. They have a menu that clearly states what each wash includes. If the service he wants is not included, then it should cost a little more to do the extra job. He also states that he went five times. Nobody in their right mind would go back to a place of business (if they did a bad job) five times. It seems like he was being cheap and didn’t want to pay a little extra so he got upset and wrote his review. Great carwash and lube.

Save your money and go somewhere else.

I have seen this car wash change names a couple of times over the last couple of years, from Hallmark, to Big Texan to now West Oaks Car Wash. Each time they were closed for several months for "remodeling" even though it looks exactly the same afterwards. The service and attitude has gotten worse.

About five times I have gone there and my vehicle is still dirty when I leave. I have to stop and clean the front wheels with a paper towel after I leave....EVERY TIME. I have told them a few times to get the front wheels with a brush before I enter the car wash. But they never do. The brush I speak about is a push broom (which is normally used to sweep shop floors, not wash cars). Not to mention that they bang the "brush" all over your car while they are doing it. The car wash has bent my license plate a few times and the rear of my vehicle has been dirty many times.

I went to the owner about the fact that the front wheels are still dirty every time. He told me that I don't pay enough to have the wheels clean, that I need to pay extra. When I argued that I paid for my car to be washed, he kicked me off the property. I do not ask for any special treatment, just that the brake dust be washed off of the rims.

The owner of the business is rude and charges an exorbitant amount for oil changes.
