When we rented the motor home they told us they were available 24/7 if we had a problem. Well we had a problem on Sunday evening when the awning wouldn't go out. So we called them about 7 o'clock and they answered the phone. The person we talked to walked us thru all the steps to try and get the awning to go out but it wouldn't move. Then he mentioned the automatic wind sensor switch that want let the awning go out if the wind is blowing and sure enough that was it. Our teenage son had turned it on. But the person, I think it was Andrew was so nice and pleasant on the phone and solved our problem. Thanks again Andrew.

We rented a coach for a week and this was the second time renting a coach from this particular location. Everything was in good working order and the coach was very clean and drove quite smoothly. The new owners of SunShare have made alot of needed changes, including replacing the staff. We had a great time driving to Big Bend and back.
