The stylists here are not very knowledgable. At first they use very fake nice voices to talk to you, but all through your consultation you feel like they are not listening to a word you say. You later find out, when you hair is "finished" that they really weren't listening to what you were saying. The staff is very unprofessional and are very rude if you don't like anything about your hair. The salon is in Summerwood a very nice upperclass neighborhood, but when you walk into the salon it looks like someone hired a 5 year old to pick out all of the mitchmatching colors. For what they charge I really expected a lot more. I later found out through a friend who knows the owner that the only person working there who has had their cosmetology license for longer 2 years is the owner! You need a healthy balance, which is evident by their overpriced lack of skill.
