Update: infestation has worsened! Manager personally called and said my apt would receive a complimentary Viper treatment due to the neighbors roach infestation affecting our dwelling. This week is over for extermination. The exterminators made their rounds and YET AGAIN MY APT WAS SKIPPED. I HATE THESE NASTY APARTMENTS WITH A PASSION.



These apartments should be quarantined and sold to the junk yard for nothing on the dollar. I should be getting paid for pain and suffering to live here.



My lease is up in July. I do not believe I am going to make it through the remainder of my lease. Esp since the nasty vermin here will crawl on your bed occasionally.

Avoid this property at all costs. These are the worst apartments that I've ever lived in. Roaches are everywhere. Bombs, bates, sprays, etc. will not stop these amply abundant pests. My apartment was supposed to have issues fixed that still aren't fixed. I've been in these slumblord ran apartments for 8 months. I will be joyous beyond belief when my lease is over. These apartments should be sold to the bank. Then, knocked down.



P.s. check the pictures to see the conditions of my tub. Management knows that there is rust at the bottom of my tub and that the paint that is applied to the outer side will not stick. Instead of replacing my tube, management has completely ignored the issue totally.



I have NEVER SEEN SO MANY ROACHES in my life. Last time I asked pest control to spray they didn't even come. I have wasted $400+ on pesticides.

With this complex you have to expect the unexpected. Although they replaced the staff on the office, there are still too many issues at hand. The apartment complex has now started making repairs after the three years that I have resided here. In order to have an issue fixed by maintenance you have to request more than one time. Within one day this month about 7 cars were broken into. My vehicle was one on the list in which I reported. This complex has security for day and night shifts. So it is odd for one complex to have that many robberies in one night. The complex also has a gate key for access, when you have visitors they have to wait at the gait for someone to come in with key access, or you have to go to the gait to give them your key. Among other vehicles, my passenger rear window was punched and taken out of the car. The only reason why I did not have as much glass as other tenants was due to the tent that I have on the car. So the thief had enough time to actually take the window out. As well as my stereo system was snatched out damaging the panel. The car of course was rampaged through for valuable items. The most important item would be my driver's license. My fifteen inch speakers which are so heavy you have to have 2 people take it out, a amp. The only reason why other residents noticed is because we were all outside crying and cleaning out our cars. Some cars were broke into right in front of the owners apartment. If I would have not had trouble with my health I would have relocated along time ago. As of this time I'm going to relocate, and I would not recommend these apartments to someone that was homeless. The office staff were just telling people to file a police report in which they know that does not help us. If it were there vehicle they would be more concerned total damage to my vehicle is approximately 2,000 including property.
