WARNING ... This company trade subscription services llc in Houston, Texas they are rude and relentless on getting you to sign up for their magazines subscriptions and bad communicating all the terms. after about the 6th phone call i gave in. i just opened a new salon and needed some magazines . i picked out the ones i wanted and agreed to pay a certain amount of money throughout a period the time over a year or two span that i would be receiving the magazines. They charged my account the full amount and then some within 60 days that i placed the orders. i never received any confirmation paperwork so i tried contacting the company numerous times and never heard back and its going on 4 months now and haven't received 1 magazine yet.. i turned them into my bank for fraud and now that got their attention they made a point to call me now . i told them i do not want their magazines and want nothing to do with their business and they are refusing to give me my money back and cancel my orders, mind you these are for magazines i have not received yet,so how is it too late to cancel my orders. i have had to find out more about this company from my bank then straight from the them, im still fighting to cancel my orders and receive refunds to this day . What a unforgiving expensive mess... Don't do it... don't give in like i did ..you will regret it .....

Don't ever do business with this company!!! They called me while I was busy at work and pretended to be Ebsco. They are the company that I get my magazines from. After they got my credit card information they charged me double what they said it would be. After speaking with the manager Elizabeth she said she could not cancel my order. It has been over 90 days and I haven't received one magazine yet. Every time I call they say they will look into it. These people are swindlers don't ever do business with them they deserve -************** negative stars!!!!!

Trade Subscription Services, Houston TX contacted my 91 year old mom regarding renewal of her Reader's Digest subscription, which I had already renewed. Obviously she had forgotten that this was taken care of. They conned her into renewing the publication for 3 years, and immediately began charging her credit card for charges they still will not explain to me...one monthly charge of $20 and another for $13.50. FOR A READER's DIGEST RENEWAL!!! Luckily, my mom's credit card is an American Express card which is on my account, so I was able to dispute the charges. First I contacted Reader's Digest, who told me they could see the "double" renewal on her account, and said I would have to contact the subscription services company directly. I contacted the toll-free number several times and got only voice mail. Eventually, I got a live person and explained the situation. She denied the company was over charging and said she was not authorized to discuss the matter with me since the charge was in dispute...What a joke. I got nothing from the company but a run-around. I have now had Amex block any future charges from this merchant. Please warn anyone you know to avoid this company at all costs.

LISA FROM TRADE SUBSCRIPTIONS CALL TWICE TONIGHT. THE FIRST TIME. I ANSWERED THE PHONE AND SHE SAID MS. HOPKINS. I ASKED WHO WAS CALLING. SHE ASKED IF SHE COULD SPEAK WITH MY MOTHER. I TOLD HER SHE MUST HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER AND HUNG UP. ABOUT 20MIN LATER LISA CALLS BACK AND ASKS FOR MR. WILLIAM HOPKINS. I AGAIN ASK WHO IS CALLING AND WHAT THIS IS ABOUT. SHE SAYS THIS IS NOT A MESSAGE AND SHE WANTS TO SPEAK WITH WILLIAM. SO I TELL HER HE IS NOT AVAILABLE. MY SPOUSE AND I WOULD LIKE TO BE TAKEN OFF YOU LIST.
