AVOID THIS SHADY AUTOSHOP!! They need to be sued into oblivion.

Every time that I take my car in, they find something "broken". I had that suspicion so before my last visit, an auto mechanic friend visiting for the holidays checked my car and made an inventory of the parts. When I took it in, once again they said that my car required unnecessary services. They even broke and replaced parts that I had just checked minutes ago to justify their suggestions.

We need laws to protect us consumers from these criminals.

Have gone here for years despite the fact that it is dirty and the guy who works the desk on the weekends is always rude. However, he would not do my inspection since I had my new insurance renewal card that which said that I had RENEWAL for 6 months starting next week. He said he needed the one I had just thrown away. I went across the street and they had no problem with my renewal. I can understand being a stickler, but he is ALWAYS so rude that this was the last straw. Will pay for annual renewals of all of our 4 cars across the street at Havoline Express Lube from now on. They are very courteous.
