This place does horrible service, the office manager or what ever he calls him self, Dany is the most un professional person ever. Yelling thru the lobby like a 10 year old covering up his mess. My car was in there for 6 days, it was returned to me with chips on both sides of where they replaced the bumper. They did spot paint on both sides to "fix" the issue. They brought it back out it was still messed up, so they finally fixed it again. On top of that after driving off the lot there was a lock Lug nut missing from my tire, that looked like it was forced off. Instead of trying to ease the situation and resolving the issue, big boss Danny threw a temper tantrum and decided not to fix the scratched rim where a lug nut was removed. He the continue to yell, and accused me of calling him a "lier" as If i was doing him a favor. Moral of the story, check your car in every crevice... I hope the paint job and repair job doesn't Mimic the horrible service. Find a better place to repair your car if possible.

Customer service was great my estimator was very thorough extremely detailed. I felt as if my vehicle was considered actually his vehicle while in the care of the shop. My estimator also went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied and comfortable with the work that was done answering questions and even projectory questions that I would possibly have in the near future

After working at a Dealership for many years this is the only Collision center I will bring my vehicles to. From the staff in the office to the technicians repairing the vehicles, TOP NOTCH!! Mr. Frayler has done a great job and has a great crew!!
