I have never been treated so terribly and i recommend no one go here. Racist, rude, and a two hour job will take them a week. He was yelling at me because of their bad job, yes, he was yelling at me; the paying customer! No discount, no respect, and "people like you don't pay" (yes, I'm African American and i don't play this car unless they play it.) Do not under any circumstances go here, YOU WILL regret it. They gave me back the car with hood open, filthy, and i felt like i wasn't even a person after leaving there. I will never take my car back there and i will not stand for other people to be treated like this. If their business lost out on a weeks work over a day job due to the maintenance guy they wouldn't pay him. Although, i am expected to pay full price after being told that their mechanic just chose not to come in to work and do his job. Not sick, not in the hospital, not having a baby, not over slept, just chose not to go into work. I am short on rent because of this place.

I was weary about using Stellar Collision & Auto Repair because there were no reviews online but I gave them a chance and I am very satisfied. My car was hit by another car on the front drivers side and knocked they tire into my car. The insurance estimate was roughly abut $6500. My car looked like new after they were done. Body work was good as well as the paint job. Stellar really knows what they are doing. I would definitely use them again!! They have excellent customer service, professional, updated me throughout the whole process, and did a great job. They also worked it so I didn't have to pay for my deductible. What more could you ask for.

Towed my auto to this establishnt Sept 2012.My car wouldnt start at times + it would stall in midtraffic occasionally requiring me to place it in park + restart it.The gas gauge is broken; therefore, it reads empty at all x.Had enough gas in the vehicle to go 40 miles + had added a gallon b4 the tow to be sure that this wasnt the prob.Stellar reported to me that when they placed add'l gasoline in the tank that the auto started "right up". I continued to tell them that the auto was having add'l problems. They told me that they had completed performance testing (60+ items cked). They kept my vehicle for 3 weeks + wouldn't let me have it until I paid them $165. I had started a new job; it took that long for me to receive my 1st payck. When I went to pick the vehicle, it took them a long time to "bring it around".They gave me the auto; I "popped" the hood. Radiator empty. Airfilter black. Filled radiator w/my H20 supply; they wouldnt let me refill my H2O container with any of their water.
