HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE DAY OF MY LIFE. The check-in staff were extremely rude and this was 8:00 am in the morning! I couldn't believe it! My appointment was at 8:00, but the radiology staff didn't call me back until after 9:00 am, then after interviewing they said I would not be allowed to have a CT SCAN because of my allergies! This is something that should have been taken care of BEFORE MT ARRIVE DURING A PRE-OPERATIVE INTERVIEW which they didn't provide. The staff were rude, inflexible, and completely disorganized!

I have been there in four different occasions and the personnel has been always polite, respectful and professional. The quality of their work ha nothing to envy to the fancier places.

I do know about the medical industry and this is at the top, straight to the point, best value for the patient.

However, if you need impressive offices and furniture perhaps it is not the place for you.
