The exact situation she just described happened to me today! The car wash is a complete scam and Asif was incredibly rude. He said it was my fault the machine didn't work and refused to refund me the $12.

Today I went to Star Stop #67 to get gas and a car wash. The car wash didn't work, i went to far up so the machine asked me to back up so i did. The machine then wouldn't change it stayed stuck on back up. I didn't have time to keep missing with it so i went to the cashier and ask for a refund the employees Asif tells me he can't give me a refund or a new code because he is new. I asked him to call the manager and he replyed the manager is gone for the day to come back in the morning. I asked him to for the phone number to the store and he replied there is no phone number to the store. I was in disbelief what store doesn't have a phone. I asked for the number to corporate and he didn't have that information for me either and asked me to come back in the morning, i told Asif I can't come in the morning i have to be at work so now i am out of a car wash and $8 i willnit be returning to this "convenience" store.
