This place is filthy, they never sweep the hair off of the floor. Trash is all over the floor and to top it off my service was horrible. They do not listen to what you want, but will do what they want or what they are used to. I will never visit this place again and I do not write reviews.

Made appointment for my 14 year old back to school freestyle braid. .10am..appointment. .rhetoric braiders..did not arrive until 1145am...then proceeded to change the 130 price quoted by absent management to 160..Never again..will remain at my reliable braid shop on westheimer..Essence braids..owned by mary...they are way more professional and price according to quotes.

Wish they were open on Sunday. .but never again here...they refused to lower to original quote even though I waited almost 2 hours...I drove from Katy..Never..never
