Dr. White was my child's pediatrician for a little over a year, and she was absolutely great. We loved her new office, loved the ease of making appointments, etc. However, we don't go there anymore because my child recently became very ill after hours, and I tried to contact someone and was met with a voicemail greeting that said to call back during business hours or call 911 for an emergency. There was no option to speak to anybody after hours. We ended up going to the hospital. When I tried to speak to a nurse or Dr. White the next day during normal hours, I was hung up on by the receptionist. I called back immediately, and was told I could leave a message for Dr. White. Because of these reasons, we will not be going back. There are many other good pediatricians in the Katy area that have nurse lines, able to speak to a nurse or doctor after hours, etc.
