Very unprofessional and not accommodating. They also do not respond to their emails. They do not follow Prometric guidelines for rescheduling the state exam. As you can see in the picture, whoever I was in contact with was very rude considering the fact that I paid everything upfront and in cash and have always been polite to them. I'd advise you go elsewhere if you'd like decent customer service.

Going to Springville changed my life for the best ! I now have a well- paying job in the healthcare industry. I would recommend the school any day. The best school north of Houston.
