Like the previous person reviewing, I was also told I couldn't be seen. They said if I got an appointment after my initial 30 days refill ran out, they'd schedule me for a refill. I have an appointment for 14 days after my 30 day initial prescription runs out, and now they tell me I can't have a refill anyway.

I called down to their spring branch office and was told they were open until 4pm. My son has severe bipolar and he is on his last pill in his prescription. The last time he went with out medication he was in the hospital twice when in 3 days, and $13,000 later, the emergency room wouldn't prescribe psychiatric medication. We drove an hour one way and arrived at 3:54 and was told that the doctor would not see him. I insisted that the office stated they were open until 4pm, and all he needed was a refill, and the doctor told the receptionist that he could come back tomorrow at 2pm. That means my son will go over 24 hours with out his medications and we will have to drive another two hours round trip just to see the doctor. If this isn't malpractice I don't know what it! It most definitely is a lack of customer service and total disregard of human life! The psychiatric industry Houston are is severely dysfunctional and ineffective. This clinic or rather their doctor is negligent
