Excellent service, knowledgeable doctor and they have excellent choice of frames to choose from. They are very conscious of your time, so you don’t have to wait too long. I strongly recommend them.

DO NOT GET NEAR this eye care center, they will try to rip you off every chance they get. If you don’t finish your follow up contact lens fitting within 3 months of getting eye examine, “the store policy” will make you pay for another eye examine. They will charge you for both glass examine and contact lens examine when you only request the contact lens examine. They will bill your insurance company for the contact lenses that you never order from them. Horrible customer service and unethical business practice.

This is the best eye clinic in Spring Branch.

I recently went there and got a medical exam on a Saturday for my left eye. I paid cash and got a receipt in order to claim througah my insurance company. I called my insurance company to get the claim form and the instuctions. However, my invoice was missing one vital piece of information, Family Eye Center's Tax Identification Number. I had to go back for a follow up appointment on my left eye and asked them to fill it in so I could claim the doctor's appointment with my insurance company. I was told by the receptionist that she was not allowed to give that information out. She then proceeded to call her manager to ask her what to do and was told they do not give out their Tax Identification Number. So basically, I am out the fee of the doctor appointment. I feel this is not a very solid business practice. I think they should provide tax identification numbers to customers so they can file their claims.
