I have had the opportunity to purchase vehicles from many dealerships across the US. During all those interactions with many dealerships and sales personnel, I have never met a salesman/owner like Shawn Baba.

Shawn takes customer service to a whole different level! I located the perfect vehicle for me. Unfortunately, I was 800 miles away in Florida. I contact the dealership through their website. Within minutes on a Sunday night, Shawn answered my request and returned my phone call. He was very professional, polite, and understanding. Shawn answered all my questions and provided me with all the information he had on the vehicle. He was not a pushy salesman and understood my budget.

Two days later, Shawn and I spoke again. In order to make the deal happen, Shawn worked very hard to meet my budget. He even made it possible to deliver the vehicle in Florida less than 48 hours later. Shawn went beyond the basic car sale. He is a true professional!

In today's car sales world where every dealership and sales person wants to make BIG profits, it is very nice to know that there are dealerships out there like this one and owners/salesmen like Shawn that respect their buyers and want to make sure the customer needs are met and respected. This was by far one of the best sight unseen auto buying experiences I have ever had. Not only did Shawn sell a car, he earned a customer for life, and made a friend in Florida.
