Run!If you want to pass your test go to a real school. This place is like studying in somebodys home. I have so many complaints. Theres always something going on. I came for a class once and waited outside for the owner Bobby Bryant to show up and unlock the door. I wondered why the classes were so small! Its always on Groupon because thats the only way they can get students. Some instructors were nice but overall very unprofessional place. I guess thats what happens when you buy classes on groupon

Being only 2 classes in and still having 4 more to go, I am starting to feel more and more confident about my future career in Real Estate. I currently have a degree in Marketing and work within my field, but as I am getting ready to start a family, I am looking forward to working in the Real Estate realm. The experience and education, thus far, have been great! Thank you Bobby, Mike and staff for the positive experience!

I recently completed a 7-course curriculum, and I was very impressed! The family-like atmosphere Bobby, Mike, and their instructors created is very encouraging and supportive of people who are new to the industry, such as myself. The courses I took were enriched by the vast experience of the instructors -- they aren't just teaching people to pass the state exam, just to earn their paychecks! They really have the mindset that they are guiding the next generation of people to become the real-estate industry. There was a lot of story-telling and deep discussion on important issues, not just a curriculum to get through.



It sounds like people had trouble with payment 6-12 months ago... I paid online, and had NO PROBLEMS -- I also paid for their test-prep course by check, and everything cleared without a hitch. Their office staff are very helpful, so if you're having trouble, I recommend stopping in and discussing it in-person!

The same has been happening to me over $64.20. I keep getting the run around over and over....I just need to view the reviews and see if this is happening For Real.

I paid online and was so excited to start until something came up where I needed my money back. I was never enrolled and never signed any paperwork. Bobby Bryant, the owner told me he was going to give me my money back. After countless calls and texts that went unanswered he finally told me he didn't have the money, the school didn't have the money. Now I keep getting the run around again! It has been a month.

This is the WORST experience I have ever had with ANY company. I was given information over the phone, asked for a credit card to reserve my spot and then sent an email confirming my classes, telling me that I need to sign the authorization of payment and fax back. After reviewing the class schedule, the same day, the information I received via email did not correspond with what I was told over the phone. I immediately called to let them know that this was not what we discussed over the phone and that this schedule did not work for me, that I would not be faxing back the authorization and not to charge my card. This was Nov. 11. They charged my card on Nov. 14, anyways. On Nov. 14, they sent me an email, saying they would refund the $770 minus $40, within 5 business days. This was Nov. 14 and I'm still awaiting for a refund on Dec. 8. They have been exceptionally rude over this matter, calling me petty and rude. They said, they had credited my account, and had not. I keep asking for confirmation and they still have not sent it to me. I have now contacted the BBB to file a complaint. Be WARNED.

this is the best place for the obtain a real Estate License I had incredible experience with them Once im up for renewal I will be attending them again for MCE classes.

I would say that Spencer School of Real Estate is Great , the prices of the Classes are reason able to work with the staff is always helpful in all things . Their are online classes and in the classroom sessions . mon- fri . I just love the school . The school includes your prices for eveything book, homework ect. I wolud ask any one to try specner school of Real estate .

I was trying to find a school to take real estate classes I was trying to call another location but got in another in contact with Spencer and the young lady to her time and went step by step with me and explained the step that I need to get my education the staff is great

I went to Spencer to get my MCE because they were the most affordable school. Th e teachers and staff were very accommodating and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with the school and will tell all my friends about Spencer.

I began looking for a decently priced mce class this year. I found a lot of schools that were not as low as Spencer.. Spencer was a very good price with very good customer service. The instructors were equally as good as the price and customer service.. I will use Spencer in the future just for the customer service and the instructors.

I waited till the last minute to renew my liencese I called Spencer the day of class and ask them if I could registar and come to class today By the time I got there my books and paperwork was there waiting on my the staff is ver professional and the instrutors has alot of knowledege about the busniness

I went Spencer school for my real estate license and took the real estate test and passed with flying colors in one attempt. I was given all the information needed in my classes without a needing review to pass my exam. The teachers and staff were very helpful with all om my needs for my training. I would recommend anyone needing to take their classes to get their real estate license to seek out Spencer.

Thank you Spencer Training and Testing you were totally rockin! I have never had so much fun at a school in my life and the instructor was great quite a comedian! I wished he could teach all of your courses Armando you aare the best I feel like I was in class with George Lopez, you made learning fun. I thought I was going to be stuck in a boring 30 hour class but not here!
