t's only been minutes since the cleaning company has left the house, however the carpets look fantastic. I did have some stains they were able to remove, I'm only hopeful the stains will remain gone. I was told they would. The gentlemen who came out was extremely friendly and courteous.

When needing our ducts and dryer vent cleaned, I requested estimates from several local providers. ben responded quickly and his estimate was very fair. Arriving on time the day of the appointment, ben and his assistant were very caring of my home. They were able to complete the cleaning and did a great job making sure everything was in order when completed. And the estimate? In my case, the final bill was less than the estimated price. Quick response, on time, careful in home, thorough work, and less than expected...I highly recommend Speed Steam Cleaning

Courtesy was great! The guys were prompt and quick with determining the root cause of the problem. They even drove across town to get the part that was needed so we have A/ C that night. After getting the part, they explained what had happened and were quick with the repair would highly recommend this company and would use them again.

Houston Air Duct Cleaning dot com is owned by Speed Steam Cleaning LLC and Speed Steam Cleaning LLC is registered to Inna Rozenstein and her husband Gavriel Ben Avi is the admin contacts on the 44 domains they own!



Inna has denied several times that her and Ben are married, but their marriage license proves different! Pictures confirm their marriage too.

So far they own 44 domain names that I could find, there may be more by now!



I did eventually get a refund from them, but only because of the reviews I posted online and calling them several times each day and threatening a law suit! I had to wait over a week after she said she sent it, but I did eventually get it.



Inna and her husband Ben are demanding that I take down my reviews, since she gave a refund! She thinks that the refund should stop me from warning everyone else about this scam that I fell for, but it won't.



Now, every time they contact me I will write in 5 more reviews of their company on the net!



This company and it's owners need to stop harassing me by calling so much!

SAME PEOPLE SAME SCAM!

I am also a Marine Corps veteran who was looking to get my mothers air ducts cleaned. I called them for their $89 "special" but when they got to my mothers house they did a "free inspection" and found mold, other issues and basically scared me into purchasing their services. Said it was going to be $690. I told them I could not afford that at the moment and they told that at least they could do half the service clean the mold and the next week they could come back and clean the coils and finish the rest. They got me for $350 I was mainly blinded by the concern for my mother. I will not be using them again. I don't know what else I can do besides warn others on here.

SCAM!!

As a US Soldier who just returned to my home in Sugar Land from spending 29 consecutive months in combat in Afghanistan just before Chrismas, I recieved a call from their female solicitor stating that they would clean all of the air ducts in my home for under $100. I agreed to it. Mistake #1. I never checked this no-name company out first. Mistake #2. Then when their technician came out (who attempted to befriend me as an honest ex-Israeli Soldier), he quoted the charge as $1,500. I was VERY upset about this. Then after the techician left my home, my a/c no longer worked. I then called a reputable company and paid $350 to fix my a/c. The company also left my driveway very dirty (from their equipment). I have to get it powerwashed. I am disputing the charge with AmEx while Speed Steam is saying that I signed the invoice so the charge is valid. I realize that ALL US civilians are not bad as I am a God-Fearing man but it sure makes me not trust people as a whole until fully validated, from now on. I have never had this happen to me in my life and I have learned a very painful lesson. I intend to go to the BBB, Channel 2 news and other places about this. I have also contacted a military lawyer to look into this.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

First off I will take blame for not doing thorough research before hiring this company. We are new homeowners and have never needed this service before. However, they totally scammed us. I did some research after the fact as I was not please with the price and job done. It was a special coupon from the Valpak mailer. $150 for air duct cleaning and carpet cleaning. Upon their arrival, they immediately scared us stating that our whole system was filled with mold and how unsafe it is. Basically scaring us into doing something. The price jumped from $75 -$975 for the air ducts. They didn't even do a thorough job and no before and after pictures. Also paid extra for the carpets to be treated for pet stains odor and scotch guarded, nope they did not do that either, my daughter's room still reeks the same. They were in and out in less than three hours with everything. I called next morning to complain and the lady was incredibly rude, kept cutting me off and being defensive and not offering any suggestions to help rectify the situation. Was supposed to get a call back, i have not. After the fact I found out my neighbor and old softball coach are/was in the business and he came over and inspected and said they did a horrible job. PLEASE I URGE PEOPLE TO DO BUSINESS ELSEWHERE AND DO YOUR RESEARCH.
