Called this company to clean my air ducts and they did a very good job! they show me the process of what they gonna do and how. Toke pictures before and after. Overall

This company did WONDERS in my home. I was very impressed with them as i have used a different company before and swore i would never do that service in my home again, i went against my gut a year after my first bad encounter with another company, & am glad i did. When i called to schedule, someone answered the phone right away, she was very pleasant & knowledgable , she answered all my questions and even let me know of a discount they were offering at the time which saved me $149.00!!! So i was happy about that from the get go. When the tech showed up at my house, he greeted me and introduced himself and his helper. they went through the home adn did an "inspection" to let me know exactly what they were going to do and let me know of other things that they could do if i agreed. they wernt pushy or forceful for me to purchase mroe service, they just let me know and went on about their business. in the end i was extremely pleased and will definatley ve using them annually to clean my ducting and will probably use them for their carpet cleaning services too if they are as good as the duct cleaning. The company was great and very knowledgable and ON TIME, no hassle, no forceful sales, just did they work and left.

Not very impressed with this (A-) BBB rated, NADCA certified company. Hired SpeedDry for air duct cleaning for their $99 special to clean my entire house (need I say more -- you get what you pay for!). We never had air duct cleaning before and thought we would try it out. They pulled up in an unmarked DIRTY truck (which I thought was ironic for a cleaning company). And, as I was not surprised, that $99 special turned into first a $350 quote for the basic cleaning ($99 for first unit, $250 for second AC unit which I was NEVER told on the phone), then an $800 quote bc they allegedly found leaks and a small amount of mold in our 5 yr old home. The tech asked if we had any health problems? Reply, NO. He still recommended that we pay the $800 for the total package that came with a 2 yr warranty. Reply, NO. I didn't know enough about the air duct cleaning business to warrant such a charge.

The 2 techs finished the cleaning job in LESS THAN AN HOUR and advised me that they would only charge me $200 ($99 per unit) even though they really couldn't do that..they were giving me a GREAT DEAL! (sarcasm purposely added). After asking more questions about the service, the tech became a little combative (not sure why, ummm I wonder) and walked out of my house while I was still speaking and asking questions. Wow, really??!!!

So, we paid $200 for air duct cleaning that I can't see made much of a difference in our house as far as dust and air quality. But hey, it was a lesson learned. First time for everything...will probably never have that service again. We'll just stick to changing our air filters on a bi-monthly basis.

I called Speed Dry to have some water damage work done at my house. This was the first time I had experienced this type of problem so I was clueless as to how to approach it. They came promptly and handled the problem as if it was their own. They walked me through each process with placing my insurance claim and made sure I was comfortable with it. Their employees are highly trained and have GREAT customer service. I was extremely pleased with the job they did and the best part is that no one even notices that I had any work done at my house. I would absolutey recommend Speed Dry, their work was phenomenal!

What can I say about this company but very efficient. They knew what they were doing and very knowledgeable. They showed up a little late but but made up for their customer service. I had some pet stains and they removed them. Great service guys!! Thanks Again.

Great value, fast service I was very pleased with the response and work by Speed dry. They were able to schedule the job the same day and at a great rate compared to others I had contacted. I would definitely recommend Speed dry to anyone.
