I have ordered scrubs for my students through Career Uniforms, Houston, for a number of years. I have been completely satisfied with the quality, color consistency, service, patches and turn around time. I appreciate this company sending a box of scrubs in a variety of sizes for my students to try on before purchase to be certain of fit. Thumbs up! :)

Horrible customer service! I ordered uniforms for school that required the school patch on the left sleeve. The uniforms were not ready on time, so I called to ask if they had the scrubs in the specific color I needed ( I needed the scrubs even if they didn't have the patch). When I called the lady who answered the phone told me that she could not help me because they had already sent my order out and didn't know what I had ordered and was in a hurry to hang up ( even though I told her over the phone the color of the scrubs I needed). I explained that I was willing to buy the scrubs without the patch, but she continued to say she could not help me because she didn't know what I had ordered. I went to pick up the uniforms I ordered and as I entered the store saw the scrubs I needed in the specific color I needed. I spoke to the lady who was helping me, (she was an older lady not the same one who took my order) who happened to be the one I spoke to on the phone. She got upset because I told her about the call and how she had told me they did not have the scrubs available, but clearly they were hanging against the wall. Her excuses were that she did not have my "sizes, style, color" of my order since my order was sent out already...though I told her the color over the phone when she kept interrupting me and I had my copy of the receipt with the order printed on it. I told her thank you and she angrily handed me my uniforms followed me to the door and as I was closing the door she grabbed it from inside and slammed it closed. DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE!! It is clear that they do not care about their customers from the moment you go to try on the scrubs.
