IF YOU ARE SICK OR ELDERLY THERE ARE BETTER PLACES TO STAY CLOSE BY....FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!! 1) The shuttle barely runs to Med Center, forget it if you have an 8am appt., they wont take you. RV park a mile down the road has continuous shuttle with 7 different stops with departures starting at 6am running all day long 2) South Main RV Park also advertises that it is a Christian RV Park NOT TRUE! The only Christians there are some of the RVers that stay there.
This RV park is not Owned by or Managed by Christians, this is not a Christian ran business! BEWARE! The Manager Ed will yell at you, call you names, use abusive language and then lie about doing so! As you can see in the photo of the Park Rules, Ed is the Enforcer, but doesnt follow the rules himself! For 6 months I paid monthly but just left halfway thru the month (losing money) due to his unecessary harrasment of people, especially the elderly and the sick over parking. People stay there to be close to the hospitals for treatment and some are fighting for their lives! The last thing they need is to suffer Abusive Language from Ed, The Park Manager! 3) UNSAFE ELECTRICAL LINES!! BEWARE!! Twice in 2 weeks this summer the power was out in 100° weather due to faulty wiring and neither time did a professional Certified Electrician come to repair it properly. Temporary fixes to decades old wiring is not only dangerous, its inexcusable for a park that charges RVers at least 7 cents more than they pay on the KWH!! P.S. A note from my doggie Dixie Lou: "I hated going in the dog park...muddy, flea & mosquito infested due to being unkept!" Will NEVER recommend this park to anyone! They need to stop advertising that its a Christian RV Park...they offer a 'prayer garden' but not Godly management or service!

Very convenient to the Medical Center and the park gives medical discounts for those staying long term and visiting the medical center. Spots are tight and heavily treed and back in only. Spots have 30A/50A, water, sewer, cable and free wifi (not great). Park is clean and well managed. The old shower/restroom building was demolished and a brand new and spiffy clean facility is being erected.

The new managers are a God send.
We had been there before and it is a nice park but the service was below standard.
We are coming back again and this time with a smile on our face. Great service with the new managers that are ready to do what they have to do to help, above and beyond what they have to.

This RV park comes off over the phone as a pretty good place to stay. When you get here the scenery Pretty nice. Hopefully you're not elderly are handicapped because there is absolutely no assistance from staff which the manager. Make sure you bring water shoes, bleach, any kind of disinfectant if you plan on using the restroom with a full size shower. I am highly disappointed RV Park the workers doesn't believe in cleaning I was going to take a picture but didn't know I could post pictures. The dirt in the restroom is from at least six months I will not come back this location unless it was a dire emergency. Also bring plenty of baby wipes.
