Talk about a nightmare of an experience. Read all the negative reviews and be assured that you're likely to have the same experience. DO NOT BUY THEIR GROUPON! They're posting positive reviews for themselves to keep selling groupons. I bought the tint and car wash groupon which was not honored when I got to the location. On top of the amount that I had already paid for getting the windows tinted, they told me that a full car tinting is their requirement and asked me to pay an additional $189. This was against the terms mentioned on the groupon. When I brought this up, I was told to take it up with groupon and that they are unable to help me.



Many of my friends have also had horrible experiences with them doing horrible tint with bubbles and leaving streaks on the car after getting a car wash done at south beach auto spa. I would definitely stay away from them, especially their groupons.



After experiences that I and my friends have had there, it is clear that many of their reviews on google, YELP etc. are actually written by them. Do yourself a favor and find another shop for the services required.

What a nightmare of an experience! I think many of the positive reviews of South Beach Auto Spa are fake. I took my vehicle to them for a full, premium detail after being assured by Mike Norng, the owner, that they do professional work. When I picked the car up, I was shocked at the lack of attention to detail on both the interior and exterior. Truly a terrible job. Missed spots, didn't vacuum between or under the seats, didn't wipe down the dash, etc. To top it off, they left so much water in the carpet that mold set in and created an apparently permanent odor that won't come out. After this first detail, Philip, the manager, said to bring it back in for a "re-do." What a mistake! This time, Mike Norng and his crew caused significant damage to my vehicle and refused to take responsibility for it -- telling me that he did not think his insurance would pay and that I should just sue him. I would encourage anyone to avoid this business, especially those with high-end vehicles, as there are too many other professional detail shops in town who will take good care of you. Mike Norng not only needs a lesson in detailing cars, but, more importantly, a lesson in business ethics.

Very professional and top notch cleaning. Best wax job I have had, there was no film on the lips and edges of my car. Comfortable waiting room. 1 word, Awesome.

Hands down this is the place to go for a carwash!! This is the best carwash I have ever been to!! I drive a Lamborghini and this is the only place I trust from now on to bring my baby to!! They have excellent customer service!! I walk to wetspot or front porch to have a drink and just come back to pick it up when its all done!! Its a very fun experience!! The car comes back to me spotless!!!! I have been waiting for a longtime for this place to open and I am very pleased!! The place inside looks awesome!!
