I bought a deal for 6 laser hair removal sessions. I'm almost done with them. My experience was great.

I bought the one year unlimited deal. To be honest I learned a lot within this year. HERE is the truth: laser hair removal will remove all your hair if you have the hair and skin that is good for that. Otherwise it will reduce it! My hair is dark and skin tone light brown, I have noticed a significant difference from the day I started to my last session yesterday! I still have a little bit of hair growing in little areas of my lower legs (which btw I had lower legs and armpits done) and I have no more hair in my armpits area! I have several friends who have amazing results and several who didn't. It all depends on your hair tone and skin tone. You have to try and spend the money to figure out if it would work.

Friendly, clean, and professional. And willing to answer all my questions, being a newbie to laser hair removal.

I bought a CrowdSavings deal for 1 year of unlimited laser hair removal on 3 body parts at the end of 2011. I chose to do my lower legs and chin and I've been several times now. Love this place! My appointments have all been scheduled 5 weeks apart. They do not try push your appointments out to longer than recommended (like a place where I bought a deal for underarms and they want to schedule 12 weeks apart) Sousan also accommodated me when I need to reschedule. I've never had to wait for than 5 minutes--I usually go on lunch break. I just got some pricing for some other services (IPL) Sousan was very willing to quote very competitive prices and I'm going to do some this winter. I think this place offers top notch service, the new machines for great prices.

I was introduced to Sousan's services by a relative. Purchased 1 yr. laser treatment, 3 body parts, $199.00. I was very pleased with the results that I started reading up on what I could do to improve my appearance. I purchased the Refirme - Skin Tightening treatments & Sousan told me a Photo facial would remove all the brown spots & small veins from my face. I purchased one. Sousan herself performed the services and I was very impressed when she threw in another facial at no added expense to me. Today I had my last Refirme treatment and she added another facial - at no cost to me - to get rid of the little stubborn brown specks left on my face. Sousan is very dedicated and took a special interest in me and has helped me feel better about myself - I had been dealing with my skin problems for a long time and tried many expensive products over the years - that did not work. I also used heavy make up to cover up imperfections. Now I have very clear firmer skin and feel very comfortable about going out in public without make up.

I had had one treatment for Velha shape here before, and I was very happy with the staff. Today I went to go under my laser hair removal treatment, full Brazilian, and I ended up being able to do more areas, since they did their best to make it work for me with the time. I have had this treatment done several times, in different Countries, different places here in Houston also, and I have to honestly say that today’s treatment was by far, the BEST!!! It was super more comfortable than with other lasers I tried before. I need to do it to maintenance the previous treatment, so I do can compare, I am so happy I bought my deal and I ended up having this treatment done here. Looking forward for my other treatments. Thanks to Ms Faviola, Ms Maria, & Ms Teresa!! All of you did a super great job, I am so happy!!!

I bought an unlimited laser hair removal for 3 body parts (lower legs and underarms) through a groupon-type sites and just had my 7th and probably final session. I am a previous Sousan client, having gone to her River Oaks location years ago. I like her new salon better, but it is hard to find and parking can be a problem. I definitely saw a decrease in hair after the 5th visit. On the 6th they upped the settings - it hurt a bit more, but there was an amazing difference. My underarm hair is completely gone and my legs were 90% bare prior this last visit. I am assuming the 7th time will be the charm! I am definitely a fan of laser hair removal and I'd go back to Sousan's.

My technician, Faviola was great. I told her it was my first ever laser hair treatment and she explained everything to me in detail. She was wonderful. I requested her for next time.

I have never waited, and twice I was taken back early. These ladies know what they are doing. The deal that they ran on-line is insane, and good for me because I would have never been able to afford this many treatments!

I was hesitant to try this but I was able to purchase a groupon for a facial here. The place is not easy to find but the people are nice. The owner Sousan is very nice and it is great to get service from the owner. I would come here again. The place is clean and the staff is attentive. Overall a happy experience.

I bought a coupon here for a facial. Although the therapist was late, she apologized and took her time. I am worried how my face reacts sometimes to facials so I asked a lot of questions. She answered them all and did not even get annoyed. She did not even try to push products on me like other establishments. Overall I think the experience here was positive and given the chance I would return.

I purchased an hour of facial and infrared body wrap from Groupon at Sousan Med Spa. For the low price that I paid for these services I was spectacle at first but once I got to the spa I was overwhelmed by the great service and friendly staff. I was welcomed by the hospitable receptionist in the front who offered me a bottle of water and escorted me to a room with dim lights and soothing music in the background. After changing in to my bathing suit I laid down on a bed with a retractable dome that massaged my back with warm rollers and the infrared heat beaming down from the dome covering my body. I was able to receive a relaxing facial at the same time since my face and neck was outside of the machine. Once the session was over the dome opened up and I was surprised by the amount of sweat that I had created due to the fact that I did not feel hot as I do in a Sauna. I took a shower afterwards and was told to drink plenty of water since I had burned 2000 calories in that hour. That night I felt very relaxed and stress free. I loved my relaxing and productive treatments that I received from Sousan med spa and highly recommend visiting this place.

In just 3 treatments my hair has gone down about 70%. I have been getting laser hair removal treatment for years but the hair keeps growing back. This is the first time that I have experienced such a huge difference.

I bought a package of 6 laser hair removal for full body and have had 3 treatments so far. Sousan and her staff have been amazing. The facility is very clean and the staff are amazingly friendly and courteous.

I've just finished 10 sessions of laser hair removal on my lower legs and upper lips (I bought the 1 year package) and I also did 4 sessions on my underarms. I am really happy with the results! The hair growth on my legs have reduced by about 92%, I am very hairy so that made a huge difference! On my upper lips I'd say it reduced by about 75%. It is harder to get rid of the upper lip hair because it is fine hair, so I get that. But it's awesome that I no longer need to pay to do threading on my upper lip, whatever grows back is not even as noticeable as before. I was most impressed with my underarms hair, only 4 sessions made a huge difference! About 75% is gone. I've been shaving it my whole life so it was pretty coarse. I've been extremely pleased with the service, everyone is extremely nice, from Sousan the owner to the receptionist Amanda! The technicians are very professional and friendly, I was never charged tax or tip, but I always tipped them. I plan on buying more for the bikini or Brazilian area in the near future, and I'd totally recommend them, in fact, I did recommend 2 friends when I started the treatments, and they were pleased as well! Ask if there are any incentives for recommending friends ;)

They are professional, polite, prompt, and they do a great job! They have two separate laser hair removal machines...one requires the use of cold jelly & multiple passes over the area with the laser. The second one is faster, only requires one pass over the area, & shoots out it's own instantaneous numbing cream as it goes so no cold jelly required! I rarely ever have to shave anymore and only have a few hairs that sprout up from time to time. I am pleased with my experience & highly recommend them to anyone considering laser hair removal!

I have had AMAZING results on my brazilian. After only three sessions 80% of the hair is gone! And I am confident that by the end of the 6th session I will be completely hair-free. As for my underarm the hair is 95% gone so I'm super happy!! I used to get my underarm done at another spa, and after three sessions there, I still didn't have the same results I've had after just ONE session at Sousan Med Spa!!

I began going to Sousan Med Spa after buying a crowdsavings deal for laser hair removal. The staff is very nice, and I definitely feel welcomed each time I come. I have now been there a total of 4 times, and today I had the pleasure of meeting the owner Sousan, who is super sweet and very friendly. She even performed the laser treatment on me herself and I felt NO PAIN at all!! She talked to me the whole time. I think it's amazing that the owner of the spa is so down to earth and friendly enough to actually perform treatments herself. You never see that at other salons so it's definitely a refreshing change!
