the equipment was installed when promised and though not much of a demonstration was provided before he left due to him and his employees wanting to bolt when the job was done, it all seemed to work fine. however, since he's left i told david about a 4 1/2-5 second delay between channels that he has given me several excuses as to why, but no solutions. when i explain that for five thousaned dollars i expect my channels to change freely, he acts like i'm asking too much. also iwe waited about 3 weeks for him to come back out to reset the system after the cable company came to check out the channel delay problem (which they blamed on him). also after they originally installed the system it needed to be configured which requires being quiet and still for several minutes. during the process, a couple of times he started to give up when configuering failed and he said it rewally wasn't necessary (thanks a lot dude, i guess it was too long of a day to configure the system i just paid five thousand dollars for), fortunantly i pressed him to keep trying and it finally worked. now though, after his employee came out the other day to look at re set the audio distrabution after the cable guy left, he wanted to re configure the surround sound again since we had a new rug. it proved to be challanging again and i wasn't there to stay on them and my wife said that david called his helper that was trying to do it and said he needed to get to another job (guess after the check clears, we're not important enough). hope this helps!
