Greg Weimer installed screens on home new home and cracked not 1 window but 2 windows, after 30 plus days of my windows still being cracked I've decided not to do business with Greg Weimer. He remove the screens the very next day and until this day I still have to cracked windows and Greg Weimer is ignoring all of my calls and text message. Very poor service!!!! Greg Weimer is not a man of his word.

I have been trying to reach Mr. Weimer as well for a couple reasons. First, when they installed my screens they cracked two of my windows. Also, I am paying $100 a month and for the past 3 months he hasn't taken out a payment...Fine with me because in my eyes he doesn't deserve the $$ since he won't contact his customers or live up to his promises.

same thing happened to us, a screen from our bedroom wasn't placed correctly, it bent and fell off during a storm and they still haven't come to replace it. The storm was in late May or the begining of June it's been 3 MONTHS I have called my husband has called and still nothing. TERRIBLE BUSINESS.

I have never been so disappointed from a vendor in my life until dealing with Mr.Greg Weimer, owner of Solar Shield. I have tried to contact him a number of times and in a number of ways and he will not respond. I have emailed him, left voicemails, and texted him and nothing seems to get him to respond. I initially hired his services to install the solar shields/shades for the back side of my house. I was mainly concerned with darkening my bedroom and providing shade for my newborn who is still not here. Mr. Weimer also measured the front windows of my house and the agreement was that if I liked the shades, I would call back and have the front ones installed as well. I am tired of reaching out to him with no response. I can only imagine how much harder it would be to reach him in the event I do need to contact him for the warranty of the shades I have already purchased. I have left him voicemails imploring him to return my call/email/text and nothing happens. I understand if he is no longer interested in my business, but out of courtesy, he can communicate what the problem seems to be. This vendor deserves less than 1 star.
