Awesome Contracor the remodeling was perfect . i recommend them to anyone . they designed and pulled all my permits . Thank you again Alex and your company .

I had my house built with Alex and Solar Direct Developers and everything was absolutely perfect! He gave me a thorough break down of expenses, stuck within my budget and the best thing is that he was under budget and completed the build 6 days earlier than the original project end date. I will defiantly refer Alex to everyone in the market for building a new home, remolding or even just having your roof, fence or just a paint job done! Best experience ever!

I flip homes all through out the River Oaks area and Memorial Dr. Villages areas . Alex does all my flips. He is amazing. He will pull all my permits needed and make sure that we pass all our inspections. He has a team of Architects and Engineers that are very talented. And his work is so amazing that I get offers on the first open house I do, so I normally sell my properties with in the first week once I Alex finishes his work. He is worth every dollar, just be fair and feed them/ pay them, what they want lol .

We just had a Renovation done to a mansion I bought in River Oaks . We loved all the work we had done. It pays to have a pro on your team .

We Also had a 1500 sq. ft. addition added to our existing home. Their Architects and Engineers were fantastic and they came up with some great ideas that just blew us away. I would recommend them to anyone needing work done. Very Professional and very Knowledgeable group of people.

We had our new home Built in Downtown Houston Near West Gray and River Oaks. We were astonished with the high end craftsmanship and professionalism that Solar Direct Developers demonstrated and executed. We are finally in our dream home after 2 years of Construction but well worth the wait. They guided us through the whole process Drawings, Permits , Utilities/City Connections . And they where just great when we wanted to change the design in the middle of the process. Thank you again Mr. Perez we love our Home.

We just had our house built in Downtown Houston. They created a Custom design and we got a lot more than we paid for. The total construction cost was $200K and it was appraised at $475K by Harris county. We are very happy with our new Home. Thanks Solar Direct Developers.

They built us our dream home in the Memorial Dr. Area In Houston TX. We came in under Budget and got a lot of bang for the buck. You won't go wrong with Alexander as the GC. We built for 250K and got it apprised for $800K.

Painting amazing work wow !! We also had some crown molding put into our home , Alex is an amazing Master carpenter he designed and built our arches and trusses . He is a keeper.

I had a foundation fixed. They were very quick and on budget. True professionals. And I saved a couple of thousands of dollars. Thanks Alex you will get all my business.

Great job on time and on budget. I had a complete outdoor gas kitchen with a indoor outdoor addition. We also had them install new Windows through out the house.

Just have plenty of pizza for the guys. LOL

I bought a large mansion in River Oaks and did a complete renovation, rewired all electrical and re plumbed everything, new kitchen and bathrooms. We also decided to replace the spanish tile roof and new lime stone countertops with Granite flooring, Marble in the bathrooms. They did such a great job I hate to sell the house now. I think I will live here for a while. :)

I had my main line replaced (sewer Line). They were very professional and fast. They pulled the proper permits for me and all inspections were passed with a green Tag. Thanks Solar Direct.
