Carel is a great attorney. I used him back in 2006 and he was the opposing attorney in 2010. Fair man. High intergerity.

This attorney is a great mediator. I have been to two other mediators prior to this one but each time they could not get the other party to come to an agreement. This mediator has succeeded where the other before him had failed. He was able to get the opposing party to agree to a very fair deal and got the opposing party to sign the documents that he drafted which had been the place that the second mediator failed. He also stipulated that if we could not agree on the final draft, created by the opposing partys attorney, that he would decide the wording of the document and his wording would be final. He did all this in a very reasonable time frame so that additional time and money was not needed. I was very impressed with his demeanor and candor during the process.
