Dr. Arunkumar, a native of Starkville, Mississippi, completed his undergraduate degree at Mississippi State University and attended the University Of Mississippi School Of Dentistry in Jackson, MS. Throughout dental school, Dr. Arunkumar worked as a student researcher in the Biomaterials Department with special emphasis in the fields of endodontics and prosthodontics. Dr. Arunkumar’s research findings were chosen to be presented at the prestigious 2010 IADR Conference in Washington D.C. In addition to research, Dr. Arunkumar served on the Board of the Hispanic Student Dental Association. Upon graduation, Dr. Arunkumar was given the Dental Student Implant Award by the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. Throughout his years of service and research, Dr. Arunkumar finds it of utmost importance to stay current with advances in the field of dentistry. Keeping current with research is what allows a dentist to afford patients every possible opportunity in reaching their goals of having a healthy, aesthetic smile. Over the past year, he has taken over 10 years worth of continuing education and would love to discuss with you the advancements in dental implants, Invisalign, cosmetic dentistry and Myobrace. He is no stranger to the fears and concerns that accompany a new patient in the dental setting. He views every patient as a friend, and would like to hear all about your dental concerns.
