Provided by YPmobilehad lasik from Dr. Slade and haven't been disappointed. My first pair of reading glasses were at age 9. Over time, had to wear glasses all day. Contacts were uncomfortable. Since lasik, no glasses! ! I can now wear non-prescription sunglasses. Never been able to do that before. Dr. Baker made correct diagnosis and Dr. Slade did surgery.
