This company is horrible. I understand they are a collecting agency, hired to get the money, but talking to them is impossible. The manager, Maria Scott, is handing my mother file and when I called behalf of her since she doesn't speak much english, Maria had no issues talking about the file with me, until i told her my mom is not responsible for the bill. They don't want to contact the lawyer who agreed to pay the bill regardless of winning or lossing the case, and continue to harss my mother. Even after telling them we have a copy of the conrtact, Maria refused to listen.
