I hired and payed Signature M&G to fabricate and install my kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and laundry room. I worked with Abe mainly (there are 3 brothers). They did the kitchen and 2 baths and did a decent job. I was waiting on the cabinet to be installed for the laundry room so Abe said he would come back another day and do it. The piece was cut before the cabinet was ever set and it was wrong. I went round and round with lies of how they would make it right, even threatened to sue and nothing. Now I don't have a piece in my laundry room and they never even paid me back for what I already paid for.

Remodeling kitchen . I have a super bad experience with them . The first consultation was fine, they promess everything... .The show up allways "late" and make a lot of excuses... The granit was not cut right , and I ask to one of the brothers to fixed , they said they can not do ANYTHING abaut.

water was going between the granit and the wall, taking for them for ever to get to my house to fixed... I ask to fix the other ones and He said I dont need any caulk there ..... now need caulk the other ones , but i dont want to call this people anymore ! BEWARE!!!!! they LIE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!QUALITY OF WORK IS BAD, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE . I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PEOPLE ! WAS NO CHEAP, WAS NO GOOD !!!!!!!!!!

We so pleased with the job that guys have done in our house! Reading previous review I was sceptical about this company. We were looking for a while for a good granite company, than my mother in law recommended Ali assuring that he did the best bathroom work done with tiles and vanity tops. So I gave them a try, and now our kitchen is my favorite place in the house!:) They had done granite counters in gorgeous color with travertine back splash! The job was done in 4 days after they took the measurement of the kitchen. I was happy I didn't have to clean after them, guys took care of all of that. I consider remodeling my bathrooms next year using their services. I will definitely recommend them to my friends. I wish them all the best in the business world. Wish people would leave as much good reviews as bad ;)

Used Signature Marble & Granite when our home was being remodeled due to hurricane Ike. The initial consultation with the owner was good, he was very friendly but I believe his 2 brothers did the installation. We installed granite in the kitchen, master bath and guest bath. The installtion in the kitchen was CROOKED. You can drop a ball on the counter and it will move on it's own. We can't even put up backsplash it's so crooked. In the master bath we have 2 sinks. They installed the granite which was fine, but the 2 sinks are TWO DIFFERENT COLORS. One is pure white, one is off white. The granite on the bar had a big crack on the edge and it appeared to be just glued back together. The granite in the guest bathroom was cauked in with WHITE caulk, not the clear one like they used in the other rooms, so it was an ugly mess. We called Abdul over 15 times and left messages. Many times he said he would come and never show up. We texted, went by the office, etc. No response. The owner was out of the country at that time so he didn't respond. More than likely they did not tell him of this issue. Please beware, their prices are cheap but the quality of work is also. Bad customer service as they do not folllow up or are not true to their word. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
