desafortunadamente son los peores apartamentos que eh vivido . tuve mi propia experiencia con una plaga de ratones , que no se ivan con nada todas las noches era un problema fiestas hasta la 1:00 am con gente borracha y sonido ruidoso. el techo se nos callo acausa de las lluvias y nadie hizo nada jamas . fui muchas veces y las groseras pedantes de las secretarias se molestaban . hice el llamado por telefono ,personal mente y por escrito , jamas escucharon mi peticion . es verdad que deve importarles el dinero . pero de nada les sirve si tienen muy mal servicio . esas personas se van. no me gustan .

Worst apartment ever. The people are complete idiots who don't care about the residents at all. They only care about the money. Bottom line is you get what you pay for. Coach roach infestation, noisy neighbors, giant holes in the ceiling, leaks, and nobody to fix any of it. This place is not worth the hassle or headache because you're dealing with terrible management that just blames previous management. They take no responsibility for anything and are just plain lazy. I hated my entire stay here.



They refused to let my roommate and I out of the lease even after the attached pictures clearly document unliveable conditions. It stayed like this for weeks and followed up several times with no resolution. Completely unacceptable and ridiculous management.



Go across the street and check out 5401 chimney rock. My buddy use to live there and it was multiple times better than this piece of crap.

Everyone has a right to their opinion, The Alora is a community that has been under a 3 million dollar renovation, we have established amenities such as a business center, fitness center, activity clubhouse, resort style sparkling pool, etc. We are excited about our improvement but most important of all we are an improvement for the area!
