Shabana is totally different. But seems like one of the ladies who work with her are not doing there job! My son seem like he was physical abused. The first time my son had a busted lip which I thought it was unacceptable, I thought it was a kid who played rough or fell. But if a accident happened they write a report and show parents and signed. Well I was never giving a report or even a call!!! It sounds very fishy. Then next week passes and pick my son from Daycare, at night I decided to take him a shower and for my surprise I see bruises and scratches! I was more surprised because the bruises didn't add up!!! I texted Shabana and sent pictures , she called me and said it was no way a teacher was whooping him. So I ask her what's going on? Sounded like she didn't believe it and defending her workers but what I didn't understand why not defend my toddler he only 2 yrs old!!! Before all this happened one morning I drop my son off and walk him to eat breakfast it was my son 2nd week at this Daycare ! He cry so ugly and every time I dropped him off he used to shake and grabbed his lil hands and said "No me scared" I walked him to the table to eat and he cry uncontrollably and this lady who is African American very skinny with dark short hair told me don't worry mom
I got him. So I walked away I stayed in a coner and stood there just to see how long will my son take to stop crying or what would he do? For my surprise they where two (African American) lil girls and they where básically fighting not bad. One of them yell and said Mrs.---- (don't remember her name) she hit me! This lady walk so fast towards them and grabbed the lil girl from shoulder. Even hurted me just by looking.My reaction was like WOW and she thought I had left so when she saw me she told the girls " awww ladiessss y'all stop it" I walked away and I told Mrs.Sharon ,she told me she was going to talk to her. I couldn't handle this lady reaction! I wonder what the mom would say! I spoke to Shabana and I told her I felt bad for them. I didn't see this lady for 3 days unti the 4 th day. So now I wonder what kinda people they work with her! I'm not accusing all this women of physical abused but someone have no patience or love for our kids!
Unacceptable! Shame on them!

My daughter has been attending for about a year now. Ms. Shabana and her staff are awesome. They were very supportive in getting my daughter potty trained. I feel that my child is in good hands. My daughter has been learning a lot. She can count to 10 in Spanish, she can sign language and much more and she's only two! Great job Shining Stars!

Shining Stars Daycare is a great loving environment. My daughter has been going there for three years and absolutely loves it.

My son has been going here for a year now and I am so glad that I chose this academy. My son is 2 years old and he is super intelligent because of the activities he is doing at this school. Im very pleased with this Ms. Shabana and her staff.

This daycare is very clean. My child has been going here for almost 2 years he loves it. The teachers are very attentive to the kids. He has learned a lot for his age

I am at ease leaving my grandson at Shining Star. The staff is very attentive and loving to my grandbaby especially the owner, Ms Shabana

My daughter been at this day care since she was a newborn (3 years now) and she love to play,learn and fellowship with her classmates. Mrs. Shabana is soo sweet and always smiling at the kids and can tell she loves all the kids.

My children have been at this daycare almost a year now and I continue to be impressed with this facility. Mrs. Shabana is very involved with the children and is not in it for the money. I love this place!

This is an awesome facility with a lot of room space for the children to learn, play and interact. Mrs. Shabana Naqvi is a caring center director. They have several activities to keep the kids active. The daycare rates are also very hard to beat. She is accepting kids of all ages. My son LOVES this daycare and says it is AWESOME

The Daycare is very clean and has alot of toys and learning material for the children. Mrs. Shabana is the daycare director and she is very nice and always greats me and my child when we come in. My children enjoy being there.
