I was calling all printing services in my area to compare prices for a project. The guy on the phone was EXTREMELY rude. I was being friendly, he said he didn't give price quotes for projects over the phone. So then I asked "ok well can I ask a simpler question? how much is one color page?" He yelled at me that he doesn't quote prices over the phone. I would have completely understood their policy but there was no need to yell at me. I don't know if their quality is good (hence two stars instead of one) but their customer service needs a complete a lot of help. Needless to say I took my money elsewhere. Sad I would have preferred to support a small business if their price didn't differ too bad. But I have no way of knowing now.

The service is great,there is a great attitude towards customers and clients. The printing is very reasonable
