Worst place to buy anything. Over priced high mileage vehicles. If you could avoid this place Like the plague. Begging for a time machine to undo this horrible mistake.

get shabanatized and get 2yr. warrant r24,000miles which ever comes first. honeywell will take care of your car when u bring it to them for repairs.

My experience at shabanamotors is wonderful this is my 2nd car from there ,they both run very good I've had no problems and there always willing to work with you and they value there customers

I was financing a car from there and from day one I had problems with the cars. In a two month period I returned to Shabona’s 7 times, one car was giving me problems so they let me trade for another one. Should’ve of been my red light warning! But I need a car! after a month of no problem, the drama started with the new one, 8 months having the car, 2600.00 in repair bills with extend warrant. With no missed or late payment, I returned the car last month, now my credit took a negative hit of -25 points. smh All my hard work gone. Nice people but bad cars

After buying a $17,000 bmw that was worth $16,000 in the blue book I had nothing but problems. I did not have possession of my car for a month after I bought it. I come to find out that they put all the little repairs like a new wind shield, new sunroof motor, fix some major dents and more that they said they would fix on my extended warranty. There was big problems because the guy that sold me the car quit the next day. Isn't that illegal? It should be because when I finally did have problems with the car AGAIN the warranty company said I already replaced those parts! Now I am down the whole $2,000+. I tried talking to the finance manager ( some rude african american kid ) and he had the nerve to yell at me on the phone because I had a tone which I had the right to have one. Then he hung up on me! In the end I told them I don't want the car anymore because it seemed to turn into a lemon on top of getting ripped off. I was going to just give it back and loose all the money but they turned it in for repossession. I stopped making my payments once all the warranty problems and their attitude changed even though I had the money. Now I have a repossession! That means I can't get another car for a while! On top of it all I was moving at the time and the repo man who had the spare key for the car decided it is fun to break the window and drag the car into the street with the emergency break on so everyone would know. How embarrassing that is... This is a very evil company and none of this story is exaggerated.

Sales reps. were highly professional, very knowledgeable and ensured our experience of purchasing a per-owned vehicle was pure pleasure - no pushy sales tactics, just the facts! Bought an SUV there. I had done my homework and knew what a fair price for the vehicle I was looking for actually was. I saw some ads for cheaper at other places and knew from experience not to waste my time with them. They had a car that matched my needs and fell within the "fair price" range. Salesman was really friendly and helpful. During the finance process I was blown away by how knowledgeable and efficient the finance guys was. He took the time to explain everything in the paperwork without taking forever. I left there feeling good about the whole experience. I will buy from them again.

When l first looked in the dealership of Shabana motors, l was most impressed with the customer service and of the cars he had for sale. I was allowed to look around the showroom without any body trying to badger me about buying a car. I knew what l wanted and these guys allowed me time to look over the car, he pointed out the different things l asked about with no pushiness at all. Moreover these guys helped me in getting me my dream machine though I had a bad credit report. Thank you Shabana motors.......

The new car I purchase was a very smooth process. Excellent service and warm dealership, they made me feel like they really cared about helping you with the sale, not just going through the motions and taking your money.I would advise anyone looking to buy a car,truck, or suv to shop here first. I would recommend Shabana Motors because they have the range of vehicles that offer a good choice to select from. Good customer service I'm really happy with the quality and quickness of work carried out. Everything was good including the reception girl :)
