I ordered a compound from Selleck Chemicals. I put water in the vial to dissolve it and after hours of vortexing/shaking, there were still a lot of crystals at the bottom of the tube. Not knowing what to do, I called their technical support and was told that I should have used DMSO as the solvent as they suggested on the datasheet. When I asked her if there is any chance I can reuse the undissolved crystals in the vial, she told me not to do so. Instead, she offered me a replacement for free, although it was my mistake to use the wrong solvent.Very satisfied with their service and will definitely order from them again.

This company is def one of the worst I've encountered with customer service. Your call is answered right away, but good luck trying to get them to understand what you want. I have no problem with people who aren't native english speakers, but if you are answering phone calls for an english customer service line, it generally helps if the representative understands you without you having to ask the same question three times. The website advertises "fast turnaround time 2-3 weeks." It's been two months and finally I called to check on the order. First I was told 1/2 the order shipped last month and the second half was shipping out today (what a coincidence!). I didn't remember getting the first 1/2 but our mailroom has been known to lose things so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. However, looking through the mailroom logbook, there was no record of it anywhere. I called back to double check the delivery date and this time I am told that that portion of the order is still in processing and hasn't actually shipped. Additionally the other half that was supposed to ship today is only half ready, so they're shipping us half of what we ordered. Their prices are cheap, but aren't worth it if you need your order in a somewhat timely manner
