I dropped off my daughters new shirt that I ordered online to have it taken in because I ordered it too big on Tuesday. When I came back on Wednesday they told me the alterations lady still had it. I went back again today and they told me they gave it to someone else by mistake. They gave me $30 for a brand new $75 shirt plus shipping. She was not sorry she just said the lady who picked it up looked like me. They do not use the numbers that they hand you. I asked her how someone who didn't have my number picked up my shirt and her excuse was she looked like me. This was gonna be my daughters back to school shirt she was very upset. I will never go back here again. The lady hands you everyone's stuff when I went to pick up my daughters shirt and I had to keep telling her that that stuff was not mine. Some dishonest thief stole my daughters shirt and this cleaners is not organized and they allowed this to happen.

I brought my daughters brand new shirt $75 that I ordered online and they gave it to someone who they said looked like me. They do not use the numbers that they hand you. When I went to try to pick up the shirt she kept bringing several different items that did not belong to me. But me unlike the dishonest person who stole my daughters shirt told them that that stuff was not mine. They did not care that they gave it away. They just gave me $30 and acted like it was no big deal. I will never go back here again. They don't even know who they gave the shirt to.
