I bought an appliance from this store and the sales transaction was very smooth. However, the installation was botched twice. The wrong crew was sent out the first time. The second time I was told I was scheduled, but I was not!! This I found out on the day of the 2nd attempt when I called in to find out when the installers were coming. My time is valuable -- I'll be taking my washer/dryer purchase business elsewhere.
