I have used them for both carpet cleaning and air duct cleaning. They were excellent at both. Booking an appointment was easy - I've done it on-line and the last time via their call center. They call the day before the appointment to remind you and provide a time frame. Then the day of the appointment they call as their crews are heading to the home. That really helps as I was running errands, and was able to get home by the time they arrived. Technicians are in uniforms and practice CDC guidelines by wearing face masks, shoe covers and gloves. Although I rarely need to use this, they offer a 30 day guarantee such that they will return and re-clean any areas of concern at no additional charge. I'll use them again before Christmas - they are that good!

Cleaned carpets and chair bottoms well, cleaned up after themselves and left things decent and in order as found.

Only complaint, we did not get our rugs back within time frame stated and we had to call after 10 days to find out the status etc.

Edward and William were great! I had not been looking forwarded to having my dryer vent and air ducts clean. Thought about a messy and time but that was not the case. They arrive promptly, were professional and knowledgeable.

They provided great customer service and were easy to talk to. They cleaned my carpet in a timely fashion, it looked great and smelled good. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again.
