I came in to the store looking for a small fridge. I usually buy at Conn's, but I was already at memorial mall, so I just went in here. I found a fridge somewhat similar to what I was looking for, so I bought it. It was NOT IN-STOCK, but I WAS ASSURED that they will deliver it in a week. I should've left and go to my regular Conn's store, but the employee was so convincing and I accepted. I 100% REGRET IT! I got a phone call THE DAY BEFORE THE DELIVERY DATE, and the employee "Antoine 776809" told me that it was going to arrive 2 WEEKS LATER!!!!!! This is outrageous! I have deadlines, signed contracts, tenants, all kinds of things to deal with! and these people call a day before delivery to tell me that it won't be ready for another 2 weeks?!!! I was transferred to the customer service department, where a lady told me in a rude tone that there was nothing to do and that if I wanted a refund, it was going to take 10 business days!! I will never in my life go to any Sears again! I should've just left and go to my regular Conn's store, where they have things in stock, or at least honor their delivery date promises.
