Beware of this Conn's in Pearland they will lie to you and refuse to take responsibility for their errors. We bought a refrigerator that the salesman guaranteed runs absolutely quite but 1/2 hour after the delivery men installed it at our home it started making loud noises.



We told Conn's and they sent a repair man who check the refrigerator but assured us that it was just the normal loud noise this model makes, then we told the Conn's manager about the problem and that his sales person guaranteed that it ran quite and that we wanted a refund but he said he would charge us the delivery fees both ways, about $160.00 if we wanted to return it , the manger refuse to stand by their word and take responsibility for the misinformation.



This was our first and last buying experience at Conn's. After this problem happened with Conn's I learned that my Uncle who is in the Houston area also got cheated and lied to by Conn's on something he bought from them and he is finished buying anything at Conn's as well.

Make sure you get a complete price before you allow them to start any work. Appliance Repair would not give me an hourly price for labor, and then charged $200 labor to install a thermostat that took less than 30 minutes total. This did not include the service call fee. Their business invoice says Appliance Service Co. Their phone numbers are 281-558-6597, 713-291-6133 and 281-558-7250. Furthermore, when I called to discuss the overcharge, they were more than rude. I filed a complaint with the BBB and found they are not a member but have had multiple complaints filed. I should have checked first...

Fast reliable service I called they came in 2 hours had the part on hand fixed it Works great like new. I recomand this company
