They did a 'temporary fix' to replace my working 'do-it-yourself temporary fix', still charged $225. From pull-in to pull-out of my driveway was 30 min, and for that the $150 charge to put in their temp fix, which I would have declined up front if they had shared that they did not have right truck (which I could understand under the circumstances), so no proper fix can be done without right parts. Btw, I gave same feedback over the phone to their rep and with payment.
