Used this company many times. They are professional and reasonably priced.

Bait and switch. Told me $49 charged me $765 once they got here. When I said that was too much the plumber copped a attitude.

I would highly recommend Santhoff Plumbing and specifically Manuel Andrade and Jose Berrones. The two men were extremely professional, well-mannered and competant. The job was difficult: Replacing pipes installed in 1948 beneath our bathtub and covered in mud, yet they got the job done with relative ease and ahead of schedule. And they kept me informed every step of the way. I told them that we had recently painted the interior of the house and they were very mindful of that and kept everything very clean. Job well done.

I had an after hours emergency one evening & panicked. I found this company & they arrived @ my house ASAP. The technician was quick to figure out the problem & repaired it right away. The cost was very reasonable, he was extremely professional & courteous. I was very impressed with the level of service & would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy company.

Not sure how honest the guy was who came out and assessed problem (or this company for that matter). He wouldn't give a quote on just repairing the faucet, only a price for completely replacing it. We didn't think it needed that, everything we read said it could be repaired -- and for a lot less than he quoted us. Ended up letting him do the work, but sorry we did. We felt we were very overcharged. He's a smooth talker and we fell for it.

We had a cracked pipe in the foundation under our kitchen. What a nightmare. The wonderful gentlemen from Santhoff's came out and rerouted the plumbing to avoid having to go through the foundation. Each day they cleaned up our yard to perfection. They finished on time and we are so pleased. Would highly recommend them to anyone who wants honesty and integrity and excellent results.

when searching for a plumber, I look for a company with a record similar to mine....a FIVE STAR rating....because I know that I will get great service. Thats exactly what I got!!! Sergio showed up on time, performed his duties on all four jobs that I needed, and completed the project in a relatively short time. He was young, but very well trained and is an asset to his company. If you need a plumber, go with a proven winner "SANTHOFF PLUMBING COMPANY". You will not be disappointed!!

I saw one of their distinct black service vehicles nearby so I thought I'd give them a try for a SEVERELY clogged kitchen drain. They came out when promised, the guys doing the work were knowledgeable, friendly and worked quickly. They explained what they were doing and remedial steps we could do in the future to avoid this problem. (Apparently I can't dump a pound of pasta down the drain...who knew?!)



They are without question, the folks we will call the next time we need a plumber.

Mark Davidson and Jorge Pineda of Santhoff Plumbing Company did a truly excellent job of supplying and installing a Noritz 6.3 Tankless Water Heater and a Toto Carolina Toilet for us on July 23, 2009.



Several other plumbing companies had told us that a tankless water heater would not work in our home. The Noritz 6.3 Tankless Water Heater installed by Mark Davidson and Jorge Pineda performs perfectly, supplying all the hot water we need for showers, baths, dish washing, and everything else.
