JUST HORRIBLE FOR A 8 MONTH PREGNANT WOMEN. NEVER BEEN TOWED BEFORE, ONCE I REALIZED THAT IS WHAT HAPPENED I CALLED TO ASK THE TOTAL WHILE HOLING A RECEIPT IN MY HAND THAT SAYS $162.00 I'M TOLD $225.80 AND I ASKED TO CONFIRM LOCATION FOR PICKUP. NOT ONCE DID THE RUDE COW WHO ANSWERED THE TELEPHONE STATE TO BRING EXACT CHANGE. NOW STANDING IN THIS 105 HOUSTON HEAT IN HER PRESENTS SHE WANTS TO BE A SMART MOUTH... I AM TELLING HER SHE MAY KEEP THE MEASLY .20 CENT CHANGE., ALL I WANT IS MY VEHICLE. IN RETURN SHE STATES A COMPANY POLICY.... WELL THAT IS CRAZY BECAUSE COMPANY POLICY SHOULD NEVER ALLOW ANY EMPLOYEE TO FORGET TO TELL ANY PAYING CUSTOMER ABOUT BRINGING EXACT CHANGE NO MATTER WHAT. I SEE SOME LADY TRYING TO HOP A FENCE FOR HER VEHICLE. THIS PLACE IS WICKET. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF WITH VERY OLD REVIEWS. 1 STAR IS TOO MUCH OF A RATING IN MY OPINION

I've used santana wrecker service for the last 10 years for my apartment complex. Where ever I go to I use Santana, they are reasonably priced and very professional. Best in Houston

We have used Santana Wreaker Services for 16 years. They have alway been very professional. As in any business there have been times that we called and got the answering machine, but they have always returned our calls in a timely manner. Thier customer service has always been great. We highly recomend them.

I HAVE USED SANTANA WRECKER SERVICE FOR APPROXIMATELY 17 YEARS AND HAVE USED HIM ON SEVERAL PROPERTIES THAT I HAVE MANAGED, I HAVE ALSO REFERRED HIM TO AQUAINTENCES IN THE SAME APARTMENT INDUSTRY WHO ARE VERY SATISFIED WITH HIS SERVICES. I CAN HONESTLY SAY THAT I HAVE ALSO CALLED AND HAVE BEEN ANSWERED BY AN ANSWERING MACHINE WHILE THEY ARE ON ANOTHER CALL, HOWEVER , I ALWAYS LEAVE A MESSAGE AND GET MY CALL RETURNED WITHIN THE NEXT 5 TO 10 MINUTES. I GUESS IF YOU DON'T LEAVE A MESSAGE THEN YOU WILL NEVER , EVER GET A CALL BACK. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK SANTANA!!!!!! CREEKWOOD APARMENTS

We have recently tried other towing services and Sanatana Towing has given us 100% satisfacton. We first started at this property but now we have expanded to all our 5 properties. we have been using there services for 4 yrs and because of there professional service we have been able to give our residents more spaceous parking and reserved parking for those who need them. They are always on a timely manner and there paperwork is very effecient. I highly recomend their services to any property manager that is looking for a successful change to better their property. One of the qualities that I love about their services is their customer saisfaction. I get a call once a week or even twice to see what we need to upgrade. They specialize in apartment communities.
