High crime area. Minors run rampant through parking lot damaging property, automobiles, and anything else they see. Tenants commonly shoot fireworks and play ultra loud music at all hours. Management does nothing to try and correct problems. A sign states that security guards are on the premises, but none are ever found at any time, on numerous occasions. Complex looks dirty and the parking lot needs repaving. Actually, the complex should be destroyed.
