I had my wedding reception here a few months ago and my experience was nothing short of a disaster. The hotel rooms are not suites. They do not offer anything complimentary to the bride and groom and their alcohol and catering prices are beyond ridiculous. The staff came off very unprofessional and money hungry. My wedding reception was a complete NIGHTMARE. I hated doing business with them and wished that I had never signed a contract with them. My advice to anyone looking to book them for services is to look ELSEWHERE!!! Any place is better than Sam Houston Ballroom and Conference Center. I would have rather had my reception in my garage than at this place. I do not approve!!!

I definetly recommend this venue based on my personal experience. It's very nice, spacious, great attitude of every personnel member, I really enjoyed the service we have been provided. Always smiling, courteous. Basically, the party came out great and everyone enjoyed themselves.

I didn't even know this place existed until I was invited to the party this past weekend. Food was deliciouse!! Loved every second of the party. I am not sure maybe it was alcohol talking, but it truly was a wonderful experience.

I don't like to waste my time and write reviews, but I thought "what the heck" I will do it this time, since the servcie we have recieved was truly old-school amazing! We celebrated my mother-in-law's 74's birthday with her friends and mutual relatives. The food was so good, that I thought I will blow-up during the meal. We a had a buffet, and I went there at least 3 times. Th service was impecable, can't say more. Even the booking process was very easy. All rates have been disclosed ahead of time, therefore we did not have any surprise. Anyways, what I am trying to say, is that I was impressed with the quality of service we have recieved for the beginning till the end!

What a wonderful experience we had using this facility. Courtious staff, friendly management, beautiful set-up, very good food. Can't tell you enough how exceptioanl the employees at this place have made us feel. Will return in the future, no doubt. Very good!
