The first time Dean cut my hair I had a wonderful experience. The second time however was the complete opposite. My friend agreed to come with me to watch my 12 month old while I got my hair cut but she was a little late. He seemed a little annoyed that I had to hold my daughter when he started. When she got there she tried chatting Dean up but he pretty much ignored her and had his receptionist tell her to have a seat. When he was finished I was kind of hesitant to get up because the hair cut did not look like the picture I gave him. He said "okay you're done" in a bit of a hurried tone so I got up to talk to my friend. She agreed that it didn't look like the picture and that I should talk to him. I went up to the counter to ask him if he could change it up a little and the only words I got out of my mouth were "Hey Dean" before he asked me to leave. I stood there in shock as he told the receptionist to refund my money and again told me to leave his salon. I've replayed it in my head a since I left and I still can't figure out what happened. Needless to say I will NEVER go back there again, and I hope you don't give someone who would treat a client that way your business.
