At the company I work, they offered safety glasses ordered to this company at a very moderate cost, I gave my prescription to order my glasses to the personal that went to offer the service,when I received my glasses,unfortunately they were not my graduation ,after that when I had given up on loosing my money and keeping a pair of glasses that were not my prescription, I sent an email to the company telling them about the problem, 12 hours later, there was a person from that company at my job place asking me for my prescription again and he immediately found the problem on the graduation transcription ,he apologized for the error and promised me my glasses for the next day and yes, 12 Hours later he went back to my job site and personally gave me my glasses with the correct graduation, with that action,the company showed an excellent costumer service .
