I have been living here for 9 months now and I have to say that I absolutely hate Saddle Ridge apartments as well as their office staff and maintenance. Office staff, including the property manager are all rude. They NEVER answer their phones and slow to make repairs. Maintenance workers steal packages. The property is always so full of trash. I recently found a mouse in my apartment and the roach problem is ridiculous. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

DO NOT MOVE HERE. I have had nothing but trouble from these apartments. First I got bed bugs which were there in the carpet when I moved in (bed bug inspector even said so-said infestation had been there for awhile), but now they want me to pay for the treatment because of something i signed in my lease. They won't provide me with an invoice and I had to throw all of my mattresses and bedding away. I asked for my carpet to be replaced, which is very old anyway. They wouldn't replace it, only steam clean it.

Next we didn't have water for almost two weeks because the hot water heater broke and if you can believe it, there is only one hot water heater for several apartments. The office staff is very unprofessional and is not very reasonable.

They do not put in maintenance calls when you call the office. My AC was out for two days and they said it wasn't an emergency. My toilet was leaking, and they replaced it, and it still was leaking. had to call for them to replace a second time.

There has been several break ins since I have been there. My neighbor being one. Then the neighbor on the other side of me fights every weekend because they are always drinking.

The trash was overflowing every week from the dumpsters and we have to pay the water and trash bill. Once, they didn't empty the dumpsters for like two weeks. Office staff said that they had issues with one of the drivers. If that's the case, then why didn't waste management send another driver out to empty the dumpsters. I think they didn't pay the bill.

The office staff lets third party contractors into the apartments without a maintenance or office staff present. They just sign a key out, and they can come and go as they please. Also, a window was broke by the bed bug inspector when he was treating the apartment, and office staff told me that I had done it, but they would fix it as a courtesy. You could see that it was done inside the same day they sprayed, and office staff said that they called the inspector and he said he didn't do it. Well you could come back in the apartment for 6 hours, me and my kids weren't in there. They came and boarded the window up. I had to contently call for two weeks. They said they had to order the glass. i don't know from where. I guess another country as long as it took them.

Do not move here with your kids. Stay far away from here.

My husband and I moved in with my mother while I was 8 months pregnant. We were promised good security and a quiet area because we were living in a townhouse, it only took 10 days for our apartment to broken into! We think out neighbor had something to do with it because they were always watching us. Management was nice enough to let us out of the lease, but for $1000 and we only had 2 days to move EVERYTHING out!!! I will not recommend this place for anyone who wants some where safe to live.
