I have worked with many companies like this one and I have never had such a great experience, the owner Joe is real down to earth guy who's not just trying to make money. He had the best advise for our school event & very helpful employees doing above and beyond their requirements. I will never go with another company again.

I had really bad experience with S&a moonwalk customer service is horrible the guy who works on the front desk he doesn't even know how to talk to people I will never order moonwalk from them again.

Wonderful, reliable , friendly service. They arrived at a designated time and quickly set up the bounce house. When the guys who set it up were not completely satisfied with the quality of the bounce house they had brought, they immediately located a replacement and had it there in plenty of time for our party. Very nice guys. We will use their service again in the future.

They have great prices and plenty of rides and games to choose from for your party needs. I've been using them for years for parties for my family and I highly recommend them to anyone that ask.

S& A Moonwalks are GREAT! When I called to get info, the person I spoke with was very polite. He walked me through the steps to book online. I was very pleased with the selection of their products. They had everything I needed at a reasonable price. The day of my party they delivered and set up everything as I needed and came after the party to pick up. I had absolutely no complaints! Everything was smooth and easy. I will definitely recommend them to all my family & friends!

I rented from S&A moonwalks for my sons birthday, and the phone operator was really nice and generous and very helpful. There delivery driver was very professional and I was very satisfied with there service . I will most definantly use there services again.

S&A Moonwalks are a total disaster! I called the place and the mail box was full the first two days I tried finally got a hold of some guy... and he told me to just book it online,( but I'm talking to him now why can't I book it this way).....Anyway I booked it like the guy said...Online it said they would call to confirm the order 24 hours . No one called me and I called them the night before and the mailbox was full and no one returned my call or left me a message....I call them an hour before my party starts TODAY and the lady said, "sorry you did not answer your phone when we called." I informed her no message was left......She replied "we don't leave messages." OMG......AVOID This Headache at all cost, you will be LET DOWN......

But I did call Texas moonwalk and they said they would have a moonwalk out to me within an hour....
